Our team

The people who move your business forward.

GLOBO Advisors is built for one kind of client: the owner of a privately held or family business. For more than two decades, our advisors have helped owners work both sides of ownership at once: the value of the business, and the life it's meant to make possible.

Leadership

The partners behind the method

Ronen Shefer

Ronen Shefer

Founder & Managing Partner
Author of The Graduate Level of Business Ownership

Ronen co-founded ROCG Consulting back in 2004 and spent the next two and a half decades advising owners of privately held and family businesses across North America, and that work kept leading him to a single conviction: the owners who thrive aren't the ones with the best numbers, but the ones who connect their business to the life they actually want. That led him to write The Graduate Level of Business Ownership with Terry to make that approach teachable, and the transition from ROCG to GLOBO Advisors was the natural next step, a practice built entirely around that methodology, working on both the value of the business and the life it's meant to fund.

Terence Shepherd

Terence “Terry” Shepherd

Retired Partner
Co-Author of The Graduate Level of Business Ownership

For more than 35 years, Terry advised owners of closely held and family businesses, drawing on his own experience owning and operating companies across commercial real estate, mining, hospitality, and professional services. His expertise lies in business exit and transition planning, value-growth planning, and strategy: the very disciplines at the heart of the book he co-authored. Now retired from active engagements, his thinking remains woven through everything GLOBO does.
